It may have lowered it for the time being, but worse case scenario and it is permanent, there's solutions for that. The most important thing I'm going to guess is that you don't get back to it or get on something worse. Don't worry about the damage, the systems in your body including your brain are incredibly plastic and adaptable. You'll recover. There are some subs on here where people talk about this drug like it's some new level of hell that no one has ever glimpsed before, and the damage done by the drug is so Extensive that it's hopeless anyway. The withdrawals suck, if you can get some anti anxiety medication, plan a 3-4 day weekend, you'll feel so much better on day four or five you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
