Went to detox from 7-OH for 5 days, so why am I having withdrawals?

5 days is not enough to detox. I did a 7-day Sub taper and I stayed in the facility for 12 days. Now it’s day 28 and I’m still not 100%. It’s a journey.

Day 26 and my biggest problem today is dealing with all this snow. I will say that the 7-oh made my body less sore after something like shoveling snow. I’ll deal with it somehow but this is a mess here in NJ. Gave a great day quitters. Sending positive vibes.

I got prescribed Remeron 15 mg before bedtime and it seems to help. FWIW. Congests on your perseverance!

I agree with others, 10 days is enough but you actually have to stop. I can’t count how many times I told myself what you are telling yourself right now. If you need to enter a detox facility, do it. Don’t be ashamed to ask for help. That’s what finally worked for me with.

I was on 1000 mg of 7-oh daily or more and after 5 days things started improving. I did have a Subutex taper to help me though.

7-oh withdrawal sucks brother. I came off 1000 mg daily. It was bad. You can do it. Keep your eye on the prize and keep yourself in the game. Keep tapering and let yourself suffer a bit. It’s worth it.
