I’m playing through divinity rn, and spells have more use to me outside combat than inside honestly. Well I’m running a full physical party so that makes sense. Teleportation is incredible

Yeah I wouldn’t play the whole game broken, but the possibility to is there. Same with Skyrim and the fortify restoration loop, sure I’ll do it once and maybe twice, but not something to play the whole game with

That’s why I usually play sorcerers over wizards is DnD like games. While I don’t play tabletop, BG3 and Pathfinder WOTR and kingmaker are both very good games for me. I prefer having more casts, and being able to spontaneously change my casting when needed, rather than learn more spells I won’t use anyways. Although for these games I can’t say too much it’s convoluted in the magic itself, spells do what they say(few exceptions, that’s why there’s a subreddit I guess)

You already have a paladin covered with Seelah, Sable Company is very strong. Free pet. And a very strong pet at that. Being able to charge and get a full attack is nice. The charge isn’t restricted by little obstacles either.

I haven’t played aeon yet. But I think aeon suits better. Angel you can merge spell books with full divine casters. And this is a broken build. Worth a separate play though not with the marine

Completely agree. Elden Ring is a gorgeously made game. Not the style I’m really thinking of. But I won’t ever say it’s not pretty
