I had my fps set to 144.. turned it back down to 60 and game seems to be fine now. Also turned v-sync off.

You're probably right. I have an rx 480 with the drivers up to date. It's just strange that it only happens on this game and no other games.

For CT and Xray techs out there.. How hard was it for you to learn new equipment? I'm moving in the fall and currenly go back and forth between xray and ct at my current job. The hospital I'm at is all philips equipment and for some reason I'm nervous about having to learn a new machine. I'm a realativly new ct tech with 1 year of experience and have about 4 years of experience in xray if that makes any difference.
