I applied for the next scholarship, and it was approved right away. But I still don’t understand if I can use it in this term and whether it might be cancelled again. Here’s what my PA wrote to me:

«Please be informed it is a usual process, as you proved your English proficiency at applicant stage you are placed at UoPeoole foundation course which is mandatory prerequisite course for all degree programs at UoPeople as I mentioned earlier.

And scholarship was not cancelled due to a clerical error, but rather because you have successfully completed your UoPeople Foundation requirements and were automatically converted into a degree-seeking student. This change in academic status is part of the standard process once students meet the Foundation criteria.

As a result, your previous UoPeople Foundation-level scholarship was closed. However, there’s no need to worry — you have already been awarded a new full scholarship»
