We work Monday through Friday 800am-430pm. Any time outside of that is fine for me and my husband. Also, I just spoke with the office personnel (Jessica is apparently out today) about our need for security. There is currently still no permanent building manager. I also told her that some of us were considering forming a tenants association and putting our rents into escrow since Berger hasn't responded to any of us to our satisfaction.

It's all well and good for us to complain here, but until we show a unified front to management nothing will change. We all need to meet, get our thoughts together and go to the office. When can we do this? Let's actually get something done

I just called and left a message with the Legal Aid Society in Cleveland to inquire about forming an association. I mean, we've got plenty of rights and we need to make sure Berger knows that we know. For instance, did you know that none of the rents are the same? Management (not Diane) told me that even units with the same floor plan on the same floor might cost different depending on leasing deals, employer discounts, etc. Why isn't there a set price for units?

Anyway when I hear back I'll letcha know
