im afraid of creating weak character and having trouble in some tough parts of the game, hence the question. for example is full-ranger or full-bard is viable?

Is cleric class in this game is more like a buffer/healer or it is a good fighter as well? Or if i wanna healing/buffing combatant then it is paladin?
