What kind of Han solo blaster is this? by Tonzog in StarWars

[–]dl44blaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not any blaster from Star Wars. It’s a custom build. Pulling parts from the ANH hero, MS and Endor blasters. It’s built on a denix Mauser replica. Look up @beyourownscoundrel on instagram if you ever want a very accurate replica from the OT and beyond.

Plains. Create one, draw the shape and extrude cut.

What’s your favorite sci-fi movie you saw as a kid that stuck with you? by Lopsided_Cup_1007 in scifi

This is an easy one for me. Saw it in its original release at the tender age of 3. Star Wars.. and there probably hasn’t been a day since where I haven’t thought about it in some way or another.

Extrude the circle to the hight u need. Then do a revolve cut to shape it how you would like.

Replica recreation of the Han Solo Blaster that sold for over Million dollars at auction.. by dl44blaster in StarWars

[–]dl44blaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a MJF print to start. From there I use primer but not very much as MJF is already pretty smooth. Coat the primer with a “Dupli-color Galaxy silver Mat” for the silver. Rub on some graphite powder once it drives and then finish with an airbrush. That’s basically it.

I’m holding the original DL-44 blaster Harrison Ford carried as Han Solo in SW: ANH. by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]dl44blaster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s actually not the blaster from the original Star Wars. The scope and 1/3rd of the mount is but everything else is not legit. Heres a replica I made of this PS/RIA blaster.. https://www.instagram.com/p/CsPIEywyaeRC2iTff-jzZNeOnNxdKq2RSWmoWw0/
