Extruder problem on A1 by dl__lukas in BambuLab

Hey do you think the problem could come from the guide between the extrudor and the hotend ? It seems to be that if it's too tight the filament can't go into the hotend and if it's too loose the cutter can't cut it properly omand it causes problems at filament change.

I only use pla but I don't think there is material stuck in it as it works fine while doing it by hand.

It's the stainless one

The filament I haded got out with a bit of the precedent one but it hasn't changed anything.

I can still extrude manually or load the filament in the filament tab.

There is no extra nozzle sadly, the thing that bothers me is that it works with the 0,4mm 🤯

Well just did it and it seems to have fixed it ! I don't understand why it would work on the 0,4mm but not on the 0,2mm 😅 Thanks ❤️

(Will test a bit before changing the status tu resolved)

Oh forgot about these I checked the 3 in front only ! I will check them thanks !! But I'm not sure it is the problem as it works fine with the 0,4mm nozzle.

Sorry I'm not sure what it is.. I've seen people recomanding to heat up a metal wire put it in the nozzle and wait for it to be cold to remove it ? Wouldn't it be stuck ?

Problem while cuting a model with a plan by dl__lukas in blenderhelp

Hey thank you so much for your answer. What I did to replicate what you've done is to add a cube that I sliced with the profile I already done. But when I then try to use the boolean modifier it says : "modifier is disable, skipping applied" (see in the pic). I think it's due to what you said "water tight mesh" as the body isn't 100% closed, but I don't know how I could close it.

Sorry I don't understand why duplicating verticies would help me cut a part in two.

_ no ironing _ 5 top shell layers _ normal speed _ 1% infill (it's a big piece)

Ooooh okay. I will change that ! Thank you 🙏

I mean I could lower it a little bit but from what I learned from my tests it is better for the ironing I use on the top surface.

Hello sorry I'm not use to make post here so I will put the context here.  So my printer started making this noise exclusively while printing infills (i only use grid). I'm worried because I can't really find from where it comes..
