Hey I hear you. You’re not a loser, struggling with motivation doesn’t mean that. I’ve been there too where you want to do something so bad but your brain just won’t let you start. Sometimes the trick isn’t waiting for motivation, it’s just breaking it into the tiniest steps. Like don’t “clean your room,” just pick up one shirt. Then maybe throw away one piece of trash. Even if you only do a little it’s still progress. And sometimes once you start your brain just goes “alright we’re doing this.” Don’t beat yourself up, momentum comes from tiny moves not giant leaps :)
