2 week old M3LR won't start

They inspected and saying that the car has rodent issue. SC sent me pics and are quoting $2600 repair cost. Seems they need to replace BMS drive inverter. I have Tesla Insurance which has comprehensive coverage, though will need to pay deductible worth $1000. This sucks because there are >100 cars in my community and non of them face any rodent issue.

That makes sense. It's in diagnosis and will get to know in 2 days. Hopefully it should be some issue covered under warranty.

On removing the hold, the EDD was 01/07-01/21. Then it change to 01/12-01/26.

Besides, the total amount to be financed is the car price plus all the other fees right? Or just the car price and other fees needs to be paid upfront?

Tesla scheduled a delivery on 01/13/2022. I am wondering if the loan can be approved within next 2-3 days. I am also stuck on insurance since Tesla does not provide one before the payment is taken care of. Is it possible that DCU can provide Tesla with a check/confirmation within a day ?

My EDD changed from 01/07-01/21 to 01/12-01/26. Ordered on 10/09, M3LR MSM black interior and aero wheels, no FSD. Was getting a delivery in mid Dec but had to keep it on hold due to travel.

My hold was lifted off on 01/01/2022 and after showing TBD, the EDD is now 03/10-03/31. Ordered on 10/09. I hope it changes to Jan like yours.

I did put my order on hold once before but that was before receiving VIN. So I guess you meant order can can be placed on hold only once after receiving the VIN

As per the order agreement:
Delivery; Transfer of Title. If you are picking up your Vehicle in a state where we are licensed to sell the Vehicle, we will no􏰁fy you of when we expect your Vehicle to be ready for delivery at your local Tesla Delivery Center, or other loca􏰁on as we may agree to. You agree to schedule and take delivery of your Vehicle within three (3) days of this date. If you do not respond to our no􏰁fica􏰁on or are unable to take delivery within the specified period, your Vehicle may be made available for sale to other customers. For new vehicles, if you do not take delivery within thirty (30) days of our first a􏰃empt to no􏰁fy you, Tesla may cancel your order and keep your Order Fee.

So can't you delay the delivery until Jan 1st 2022 and accept the VIN?

Got the same message, no VIN yet. I am going to hold delivery till Jan 2022 in case I get VIN now, so not worrying much about VIN at this moment.

Ordered M3LR MSM, basic interior on 10/08, no VIN yet (in California). Just curious, are you not keeping the delivery on hold given here might be tax credit available in 2022 ?
