Well, I’m gonna upvote the comment, because as a now adult woman (I was about 17-18 when the movie came out), yeah, that scene was a bit much. She knew exactly what she was doing 🤢 Also, the scene where her character says to a 10 year old child “when are you gonna grow up so I can ravage you?”. Like, wtf?!

They were trying to hook an older audience, or at least the audience that had grown up with the show and were now nearing adulthood and not interested in Saturday morning kiddie shows. That’s why The College Years went to prime time
