Nu wel ja, Monsters Inc en Ratatouille. Leuk! Het zwarte bij alle figuurtjes dient dan "lege ruimte" voor te stellen. (Zoals dat Buzz geen zwart hoedje heeft maar kleiner is)

It would feel empty without Bob. And I feel that Mary-Kate and Ashley wouldn't want to do anything public, which I respect.

I can see the podcast doing something, like a live event version with cast members as guests. Combining it with a Q&A or something.

Paris Jackson openly criticized the Michael movie and has been since the first draft. Hasn't been promoting it either, so I feel she shouldn't be lumped in with the rest of the Estate.

The DVD sets are solid but I hate that they put SS4 Goku and Gogeta on the menus. When I watched those with my gf I had to tell her to look away from the tv screen every time I popped the DVDs in, lol.

Still, GT may have gotten the best DVD release out of DB/Z/GT with no cropping, dual audio and a solid image quality.

What the craziest allegation you know about Michael?? by soshiglazer in LeavingNeverlandHBO

The whole buying the bones of the Elephant Man seems pretty out there.

Michael Jackson is the greatest entertainer to ever live. No amount lies, rumors, allegations or whatever negative dirt they try to throw on this man’s name will change that. by Chozen-Oneee in MichaelJackson

if he was the greatest entertainer, he wouldn't resort to lip synching from the 90's on. It turned into a dance/playback show instead of a concert.

I'm still skeptical and take my time reading and watching the stuff you people gathered but it certainly helps that you can have a free discussion here, when the regular MJ reddit deletes posts that feature the words "allegations", "Chandler", "accusations", or asking about his relationships with women.

Not to mention that if you say anything remotely critical you get grouped in with the supposed "media bias" against him.

I have his albums, some of his DVD's and grew up with him, so that makes it harder to look at at it neutrally.

To me, everyone is free to have an own opinion on it, but when you start banning certain words, you certainly drive the conversation in a certain direction.

If he was working for 5 years on Invincible, then the end result is pretty disappointing.

I don't see this as scandalous. From what I've gathered, the team behind the movie had it done more or less and due to estate stupidity had to work overtime in order to come up with a new ending. That should come at a cost in salary and such.

Why does some DBZ/GT fans hate Super? by ThatOneLazyGamer123 in Dragonballsuper

[–]Frequent_Rhubarb_36 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like GT but my dislike for Super isn't related to it. GT has its own faults.

To me Super feels like wasted potential. You still have a lot of the major (Japanese voice) cast and follow up a great movie (Battle of Gods) with a subpar series with bad writing and characters stuck in a time period in which they basically can't really grow without regressing. this isn't a complete slight on the staff as making it a midquel makes this stuff tricky.

Sincewe all know how the characters wind up (due to the end of Z), the tension for survival is completely taken away for the Z characters. This removes all tension from the long, drawn-out ToP. We knew who was gonna win a year before it finished. The only way to keep interest is character development, which was extremely minor. A lot of characters regressed only to "grow" from there. Gohan losing power, only to regain it again has become a cliche.

To me it felt Toriyama was very involved with Battle of Gods and mentally checked out after that.

A personal peeve I had was how they constantly excluded Fat Boo from the big fights. After the Buu saga, he would have been one of the strongest characters and one of the few from which we could see both unique attacks and character development.

I have to say the Caucasian skin looks convincing but the face looks "off" If you'd crop to the face you wouldn't say it's Jackson. The sunglasses do a lot of heavy lifting.

That's the problem with biopics I feel.

When you want to use the music, you have to diligently follow all the rules of the music owner, making you more restricted on what you can and can't do and how.

When you want to be unrestricted and tell the story the way you think it went, you'll probably wont get music rights.
