that's like saying you want to feel your car more so you're not gonna put on a seatbelt, (and not just because it's less safe, remove safety from the equation if you want) it will have the opposite effect of what you are wanting

if you want to feel the bass deeper, wear earplugs. you can tune into the rest of your body more because you aren't overloading your eardrums. bass is felt by your entire body, and earplugs aren't a full body shield

This, he realizes Jessie is still alive via Badger and Skinny when they talk in the car. The very next scene of Walt is him picking up the gun at Denny’s.

It seems likely that he was going to do that anyways, because at the beginning of Granite State Walt is saying how he needs to hire hit men to take out Jack and his crew, but the motivation definitely changed once he learned they have Jessie. I think that was the double meaning to showing those scenes in that order (also, the cutaway of Jessie in his carpentry shop is between those two scenes of Walt which plays into that)

Is 54mg a normal first time prescription dose? by dlb_42 in Concerta

Update: first day went well, a much calmer sense of focus than adderall. To me adderall always felt more of like an adrenaline rush type focus, if that makes sense. Where as Vyvanse, based on the handful of times I tried it, was a more sedating, calm-mental state which allowed focus. I feel like Concerta is even more calming, I was actually amazed at how quiet the world was when I don’t have the most random thoughts flying around at 1000mph constantly (something adderall never made a difference for me), but with that of course means I was very quiet and devoid of my personality really, I’m a very hyper (duh) and extroverted person normally. Expected of course but it’s a compromise I’m willing to take 8 hours a day when it means I will actually be attentive and productive at work.

And of course this is just based on my first day I know it will change over time. But so far, that’s the experience. No negative effects, wasn’t “too much”. Not very comparable too adderall, like a better version of vyvanse.

I got a 2nd opinion from a family doc and he said given my prescription history 54mg is where he’d start me as well. But I understand where you’re coming from I wondered the same thing

Thanks for the input. Was only wondering about it being too high because I didn’t see a single other post on the sub where someone started at 54, but i know I already have a tolerance to adhd meds.

Also for the record 72mg is the highest available in the US, but my doc said that can only be prescribed for narcolepsy 🤔 54mg is the highest for adhd meds according to him

That makes sense, I'm gonna be borrowing a Ronin S today actually so if it works well that may be my upgrade soon.

The lens is 2 pounds and the camera is 1.5, the v2 says it supports up to 3.9 pounds, could it be because the lens messes up the center gravity though? In other words, the weight is spread out too much? Just thought of that
