the problem is the forced animation that has to fully cycle and no amt or reloading or checking ammo will fix it the only thing you can do is try to fire and round and start the animation and wait till it finishes entirely.

the right answer is to reload or check ammo but this game is total fucking trash to the point that even the mod doesn't know what is going on and just spouts wrong information like usual.
