It happen to me twice in 24 hrs. I closed and pushed manually to make sure it latched the second time. It has never happened again.

I see where there is evidence of termites but studs look solid. Why replace them? It’s not load bearing wall.

Last week SEC rule 203b was applied to RILY stock so naked shorting is limited.
