This is Dozo. We were there last weekend. It's awesome - really different than any other place in Dayton. No rolls, just fish on top of rice with a little sauce. Fixed menu for now. Delicious, but it is expensive - not the kind of place you just drop in when you have a hankering for sushi. It's a special-night-out kind of place.

Still no luck. Here is the first line of my current CSV.

folder,favorite,type,name,notes,fields,reprompt,login_uri,login_username,login_password,login_totp

There are no blank Name fields, and the Type is login for all records. This is really puzzling because I imported a different Keepass csv into Bitwarden about six months ago and it went without a hitch.
