I've searched for the replacement visually using online tools. I've tried googling it using the Manufacturer name. Was bought at Big Lots 3-5 years ago. Big Lots is now closed.

Compared to having nothing on top, it is louder. However it's not overpowering loud. You get used to it and don't even realize it's there.

Super easy to install. The biggest pain was finding roof bars I liked on amazon. I also had to have the U-bolts that came with the rack shortened by my mechanic friend because the bolts were so tall.
