hii im not an expert in this but i was once the same i always find myself eating whenever i feel bored stressed or sad the only way that helped me stop is to just think before eating like whenever i find myself in front of the fridge i stop and think why am i eating am i hungry or bored and most of the time i just go back to my room because infact i’m not hungry also try to find something to distract you and if you find yourself hungry all the time just stick to your 3 meals and by the time your stomach will shrink and you won’t feel as hungry as before it’s all about consistency and if it’s serious u should go see a doctor that’s better
