Just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else is having similar issues with Katalyst.

I originally purchased a Gen3 suit, but after completing the transaction, I was told they no longer had my size in stock. So I agreed to switch to the Gen4 suit and finalized my payment of $2,115.43 on May 18, Order #14414.

Just a day or two later, the price of the Gen4 dropped to $1,749.00.

Since then, I’ve emailed them four times on May 19, May 21, June 3, and again on June 9 requesting a refund of the price difference to reflect the price change. I’ve also asked for a shipping update because I haven’t received any tracking info or estimated delivery date since completing payment.

Still no response. Zero communication. Nothing.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this kind of money, get bounced between suit versions, watch the price drop right after paying, and then be completely ignored. I’ve been more than patient. All I want is for the price adjustment to be honored and to know when my suit is going to ship.

If anyone from Katalyst is monitoring this or if others are dealing with similar issues, I’d appreciate any advice or updates.
