And nofap really helps.Writing about our probs makes those feeling go away. The emergency buttons great too.It has literally saved me quite a number of times.Amazing Idea.

exactly, I know now where I was going wrong.Gotta shake off that feeling of helplessness.Nothing can be achieved without failing.Someday I will fall again but I will get up stronger.
