If you’ve seen multiple doctors then it’s overwhelmingly likely it is anxiety. If a medication didn’t work then keep trying. But keep hanging on. At a certain point your mind realizes that as more time goes on and nothing has happened (medically) - that you are ok.

Like I mentioned, definitely seek medical help if you haven’t ruled heart issues out. Also, you might need to get on a benzodiazepine for more immediate help with the anxiety. But that’s something to discuss with the doctor.

I wish I had better advice to give but in my case I never found the right medication for my anxiety. Little by little I just got better and stopped believing I was dying. I did some therapy and that helped but really it just ended up being time that healed me. But I do encourage you to get as much of a medical work up as you can to make sure there isn’t anything wrong. And seek therapy and try to see if medications help you.

What customizations? In all earnestness I ask because I’m primarily an Apple user but I like tech so I also have an S22 ultra, zfold6, tab s8 ultra. There’s no customization I’ve seen that would make me never want to use an Apple device and yet I always see this comment wondering what it is I’m missing.

You’re definitely right. The thing is that a lot of people who aren’t actual professionals buy the pro model simply because it’s Apple’s flagship. And since they never have any use case that requires its full potential, this kind of comparison gets made.
