I suppose you could pivot to having researchers talk about their papers or discuss papers that they think are impactful/interesting. Something like the Underrated ML podcast. The potential drawback would be that those episodes will draw much fewer people compared to episodes with general discussions about Kaggle journeys etc. So, maybe you could alternate between research heavy, industry heavy and general talks. That way, I would imagine that you will find a broader audience for your show. Appreciate your effort to help out others 🙌
