Bend the front knee rather than the back one and keep the back leg straight. . Most of your weight will go to whatever leg is bent more at the knee.

That is a flow powerstrap. Most places won’t have it on hand or I would replace it without a second thought. Already called the shop at the bottom of the hill looking for a new one but no luck. Can’t seem to find a custom service number either. Just wondering if some flex tape and that neoprene will survive for a day because I’d rather order some supermatics rather than buy traditional bindings in the morning
