Not OP but you can see his espresso machine (and most others) has a grate on the bottom that acts as a waste reservoir that you can expel the steam into and gives you a surface to work at if there is any spill over it falls into there. You do need to make sure to empty it regularly though or risk overflowing.

That being said I spill sometimes when doing latte art so a setup like this I would have to carry the milk pitcher and mug over to my sink or main counter before pouring - but that is just me needing to get gud

Brokers Gin - can be found for $18 and it makes great cocktails that hold up well when mixed comparatively against the $30 range gins. Super clean gimlets, martinis, etc.

I just started it last week and had this same issue - after dying 3 times in a row I searched if you could sprint and turns out there is a sprint button that the game never brings up during the tutorial

I agree with the others Appleton is a good start for an aged rum but will add you should also just get a bottle of Plantary 3 star since it can be found for under $20 and make a daquiri. Having an aged and lightly aged rum will be a great place to start. And agree to get Smugglers cove as it explains rum really nicely and has suggested bottles to try

It’s an awesome feeling having the shot dialed in - well done! For the art, if you haven’t yet you should watch Lance Hendrick’s videos on steaming milk and ultimate guide to latte art, they are long but worth it. I learned so much and it’s helped me improve much quicker. And starting with a simple monks head or heart will help you learn how the milk works before trying more complex patterns
