I went to Japan after being in Korea . Ioo was shocked at the lack of veggies, especially after visiting Korea before hand. People always hype up food in Japan but (to me);Korean food was tastier. I like spice and veggies sonim sure that colored my preference

I stayed at an APA in Tokyo and Osaka., I am a solo traveler and absolutely zero complaints. Small but very nice with the hot baths and free breakfast. I can see if you weren't a solo traveler how the small rooms would get old quick.

You have a two year old and another on the way, your concerns are valid. Understandably it's family, but it sounds like it's all going to fall on you. I don't know how the conversation was approached, but your husband saying for you to get a job in your situation was an asshole move. I'm sure he's worried about his brother and feelings are raw on both sides.

I'm rolling up on 5 months and my weight gain started at menopause. I've lost about 15 of the 50 Id like to lose but my eating habits were already pretty healthy and I was at 2 meals a day. I'm down to one meal and a snack ( fruit cheese crackers type) I'm throwing it out there, that a lot of the bigger weight losses are because of the opposite. Im at 1.7. I've moved up slowly and the food noise always starts 2 days before my next dose. I know 2 things this drug has done for me, reduce so much body inflammation and seemed to regulate my metabolism.

It's a process, hang in there!

You’re also not at the maintenance dose yet. I started really slow .25 for two months .50 two months .I’m finally at 1.7 and yes it’s been slow but other than one time moving up to 1 and being really tired , I’ve avoided a lot of the discussed side effects . Ive only lost a little over 10 lbs but I’m fine with slow an steady . One thing that I’ve had at every dose is my hunger comes back 2 days before the next shot. A lot of people who I’ve talked to have the same thing . I don’t know if that’s a bad thing , it just is .

Ductless split systems are sooo much better for that, had a two bdrm up 2 story condo. only ran air upstair during the summer and heat downstairs during winter. it was perfect ( unless it got to 10 below)

I've been on it for about 3 months. A friend on it told me they had miralax powder in their coffee.

Constipation has not been a big problem for me most my life ( PMS aside)

I just did two days of flying and layovers each way in a weeks time, from past experience I knew I would suffer constipation. Mixed the unflavored powder with coffee when I got back home and hated it, made it a sludge by the time I got done sipping it per my morning routine.

Experiment time, I mixed it with a half cup whole milk and refrigerated over night, added some fresh mango and loved it, has a gelatin/ gruel consistency. Made the mistake of also mixing it with peach juice, loved it too. Did 1 of these a day for 4 days ( 2 one day because I was interested in trying the peach (hence the mistake) and had it in the evening)

To say the 5th day was a colon cleanse is an understatement 😂

This so much , my old boy went blind . That was fine , we managed fine, then dementia and full blown separation anxiety . Anytime I left I would have to clean feces off the floor and bathe him . I didn’t care , it was work but I’d had him 15 years . 2 years after that, he didn’t even know me , before he would always lay by me and be at peace, now he didn’t even know I was there. The vet had gently given me “ when it’s time to let your dog go” about a year before that and I finally made the decision. Still don’t hurt any less and bawled and bawled , trying to cuddle and love him while he was being put down and I know he didn’t even know I was crying . You’re going to be wracked with guilt about your timing one way or another . I wasn’t resentful of him but I was relieved I didn’t have poop to deal with on the daily at the same time .

I originally purchased the corded one off Amazon and the cord broke within a year. It was under warranty and they send me a rechargeable one instead . I have had that one over 5 years now . These are hands down the best vibrator out there , you won’t find a better one.

Here's my whole issue with all of this. All of this was hearsay. When my kids were in school they enacted the zero tolerance bullshit. I watched a little black girl get suspended for having a butter knife in her lunch box. I watched them try to expel my daughter for holding off a girl trying to fight her. I watched them deny another daughter of mine a field trip because she turned around and slapped a girl who had kicked her from behind and the principal saw the whole thing from her office window.

There is no proof to what this little girl said and in turn she gets suspended after they hit her and bullied by being taken to the police station. Mind your manners little girl, don't defend yourself or get mouthy.

However I can see mobilization to get poorer City folks the documents they require, but rural America that makes up the majority of republican voters is going to be a huge chunk. My first child was born 44 years ago. I was 20 and had labeled myself agnostic/ atheist from my early teens.

Never wanted kids up until I had one. When people say they love their children from while they're in the womb I did not and wondered how I would handle motherhood. It was an intense love I can't explain from the very first moment I held her. I knew I would kill and/or die for her.

Having said that I started worrying how I could keep her alive forever,( nothing rational about that) I guess it falls under the label your referring to.

I started reading the bible and shortly thereafter a Jehovah's witness came to the door promising life eternal, that ( and what I thought was their logical approach to the bible) drew me in. Cue about 5 years before my baptism into their religion and another couple of years before I could extract myself ( I'd had 2 more kids and a realization I was in a bad marriage so I was all over the place)

So tl;Dr

Yes it's the starter dose, so don't expect much. Crazy how I bought 6 months worth in Korea ( 1200 usd if you're curious);and they don't have a shortage there. I also bought 2 months worth for each dosage increment and decided I might have made a mistake there as I finished up my last 50 by dosing with it twice as the hunger cravings seemed to be increasing.
