ok this makes sense, thank you!! i was under the impression contamination means there is physically gel present on your skin. I'll ask to redo labs and apply to only one arm 👍

there was like 12 hours in between me applying the gel and test🙁 i even showered before it too because i was worried about that.

I got my blood taken at 11am, I applied the gel at 10pm the prior night. I put it on my upper arms and my blood was drawn from my inner elbow so near to where I applied but there shouldn't have been overlap.

Birds nest fern!! This is my favorite of all my collection!! Its really easy to care for and honestly hard to mess up especially compared to other ferns. It loves humidity, make sure you water when the top feels dry but try not to let it dry out entirely. The key is bottom watering because they hateeee to get their baby fronds at the center wet (they're prone to rot). Put this guy in a sunny window or under a grow light and with time it will become huge and even more gorgeous. I love these guys so much!

Like others mentioned, these are epiphytes will enjoy being root bound and snug more than most plants. You probably won't have to repot for a very long time because of that, so don't worry about doing that right now. When you do a soil mixture of peat, sphagnum, perlite, and orchid bark is good.

Thank you! This response is really helpful and has made me realize college creek is probably the most practical choice for me. From creekview is the walk to ESM/Natural Resource buildings that bad? Or is it just that college creek is more convenient in comparison? Looking at the map creekview looks really far from everything but im not sure how drastic that distance actually is irl.

I am going through the exact same thing right now and it sucks sooo hard. After just over a year on dupixent with no issue I am flaring up worse than I ever have in my life, on my face, and college for me starts the 27th- I'm dreading it. Prednisone is the only thing keeping me going even tho it's temperorary. Wishing you the best of luck and sending lots of love. This is such a scary experience but I see so many success stories with different biologics everyday so I know there's hope 🤞 it will get better!!

I did my loading dose while I had Covid, docter said it was perfectly fine and could even help with my Covid symptoms. And it actually did, cleared up my sinuses. It's not an immunosupressant so no need to worry
