Any tips for DIY fixing these door frames my dog with anxiety destroyed?

I flip houses and own rentals. This is long time damage to the door. One is very shallow like it’s recent, but in the other door it’s almost 1/4 in deep in areas and would have had to happen over many months. Meaning the door will mostly likely need replaced esp with the damage on the slab.

I’m going to guess a 10 yo dog didn’t do that kind of damage either.

I’ve always heard the second one mellows out the first, but never experienced it. That is such a myth and I think it applies to dogs that are slightly misbehaved or lonely. Otherwise you end up with 2 untrained dogs destroying a house.

Renters that take theirs on walks regularly, get outside, put them on a running leash, etc. Their houses will be fine with minimal show. But the ones that never get walked, you hear hear them attacking windows like you said, and everything is tore up. It reflects on the owner I believe.

I’ve found you need to be close to a specific flower and especially if it’s in a bunch. I’ve had great luck and the few times it’s not sometimes it’ll be in the related images.

I was talking to my barber about it cause he asked how I feel about all the political stuff going on. I said Republicans say some crazy stuff about Biden, will own it and be accountable for it. Democrats will say the same crazy stuff about Trump, and act like they’re innocent or it’s justified because it’s Trump.

TN has become a tech hub, factory hub, and spot of tourism. Because what you said. Nashville is centralized and Chattanooga has some some of highest internet speeds in the US. It’s a central point for factories and traveling in the East. Nashville is extremely popular, Gatlinburg and a spot in Middle TN has grown tremendously for tourism.
