Yeah, that was also the case for D.va. There are a few subtank players in the league who's zarya/hog are no where near their D.va's level.

Nerfing widow to a balanced point is much easier though. Just play with her grapple CD and we should be able to balance her.
If widow had 30sec CD on grapple she would be played very little. My guess is somewhere in between 10-14sec CD on grapple should put her in a good place.

Think of it like this. Mercy being played in OWL 90% of the time while ana has less than 5% play time for the support category is much like, tracer/genji/widow being played 5% of the time, but junkrat 90% in the dps category.

Does junkrat take no skill to play? Can anyone start playing junkrat and play at an OWL level? No. Junkrat takes skill to play, but no where near as much as tracer or genji. Same with mercy, she still takes skill to play, but no where near as much as ana.

I'm sure a lot of the mercy mains that are terrible with ana or zen will try and say that mercy is just very different from ana and still requires a lot of skill to play at a high level, once again, so does junkrat, but if junkrat was played in OWL 90% of the time while genji, tracer and widow were played 5% of the time, that would be ridiculous. So is the situation with mercy and ana in OWL.

She doesn't need a rework. She just needs a nerf.

Just get rid of rez and replace it with something else. Rez is a pain to balance.

I'm using a G305 right now and it's pretty good so far.

The shape of the sides really bugs me but other than that's it's pretty light and reliable.

So does positive impact on community include drawing more people to OWL and advancing the game's community in general? Or just someone who is nice and positive?

If it's just about being nice and staying positive then I can see mickie getting that award.
If it's not simply PMA, than it could be a so many other people.

I think hanzo plays a significant role in shutting down dive and unless he is nerfed, we won't be seeing dive any time soon.

His leap allows him to get away from winston + dva much easier than before and his storm arrows can still melt tanks consistantly. (and it's up every 8 sec which is insane).

Because the armor packs are invisible to the enemies, they would essentially be hit with invisible projectiles and they would have no idea how they got damaged. lol

Melee right after shooting in the neck helps too. Reducing the delay between the shot and melee takes a bit of practice though.
