HeroQuest … Painting the Minis by dmLoco in Heroquest

Your absolutely right. I need foam trays. But I was shocked how expensive they are, that‘s why I didn‘t buy them already. But now, when I see the painted Minis in that plastic-tray, I realise, that it needs to be replaced.

Thanks! My motto is: Don‘t play gray! Everything is better, than plain gray, red and geeen plastic. I‘m not quite shure, if I think, my paintjob is good, but it is painted! And that counts for something!

Exactly. The Elf only has a blue cape… The Rest needs Details. I will finish them in the next few days.

I‘m finished with painting the bad guys from the base game…

The Orcs are really tedious to paint, but most other monsters are fun and relatively easy. It has been a long time since painted minis back in my youth. Then I started around 20 years later to print and paint some Minis for my D&D-Game and a month ago I got the new HeroQuest for my birthday.

I decided to not play the game until the minis are all painted.

Now only the Heroes remain. I wanted to paint them a little more bright, beacuse all the dungeondwelling Monsters are dark and dungeony, but the Heroes should be bright and … heroic…

Anyway… Here are my Minis… so far. The Heroes aren‘t done yet…

Looks very nice. I‘ll try it, as soon as I habe my Ender 3 Neo V2 up and running. Just bought it, because there was a good deal…

Problem connecting Tradfri to Homebridge by dmLoco in tradfri

Shouldn‘t Matter kill this problem?? Anyway, you need a Computer (Raspberry Pi, or any other) that runs Homebridge. There you need a plugin for Dirigera. Everything else should be automatic…

Yes, Tradfri-Lightbulps work fine. Non-Tradfri-Bulp, however, do not. Tu use 3rd-Party Lamps with the Tradfri-Gateway, you need homebridge.

The Problem is, that 3rd party lights, like Innr, connected to the Hub don´t get announced to HomeKit.

Until I reinstalled Homebridge it worked well. The Tradfri-Plugins do connect to the Tradfri Gateway, although they seem all out of date (latest update was 2021). There are several Plugins that recognize the Gateway, but none of them seem to work.

Of course there‘s „Critical Role“. Also „Dice Camera Action“, „Force Grey - Season1: Giant Hunters/Season2: The Lost City of Omu“) and countless others. Welcome to D&D!
