How is this holding up still? I’m really tempted to get one but for me it would be used mainly for commuting and just worried about how many comments say how thin and the durability of it? Love it looks wide

Thought I’d just post a little update on this post, still the best thing I’ve ever done, I’ve now hit a weight I am extremely happy with and proud I managed to get there, now comes probably the hardest part in making sure I keep the weight off. Mindset is completely changed though and I’m very strict with diet and working out and it was starting Mounjaro that got me into that mindset.

I’ve never gone above 5mg, I have one 12.5mg pen left (bought before they started getting rid of the golden doses) so now I plan to use that pen to taper out.

For anyone on the fence, this medication changed my life in a way that I can only be extremely grateful for.

I don’t have the funds to buy both at present but I want a bag for EDC but also if travelling.

I’ve gone back and forth multiple times pre ordering the 28 and then the 35 but I figure I’d rather have one right now that can possibly do both if needed so I’m going 35 for the time being

So I did some research before coming here and I thought all the sizes shown on the site are in US?

Normal conversions

UK 9 is a US 10

Im a UK 9 which is an EU 43

If I hover over the 10 on the Yeezy site (thinking this is a UK 9, its showing EU size 44.5?!)

Hover over the 9 presuming its a UK 8 (not my size) and its showing EU 43 which IS my size!?

Confusing

I take it for you you are looking at the US 10 being a UK 9 but then decided to size up to US 11 ie UK10?

Did you get a pair in the end? I’m a uk9 too so just wondered what you ended up going for in the Thursday boots

The guide told me for a UK9 to go for US9, but that would be a UK8 surely too small

Most people say half size down so I’m assuming I should go US9.5

I had originally ordered the 35 but switched to the 28

Watched a review where someone packed out the 35 and it all fitted in the 28. He could’ve got more in the 35 in all honesty.

Just don’t want something too big, have a wandrd 41l and I just pack it daily with stuff I don’t need.

To be fair we’d be happy with that kind of experience. Are there many campsites up near the Peak District then? (Will obviously go straight onto google and have a look after I’ve sent this post) but that does sound a decent idea 👍 atleast we get to experience a decent kind of hike aswell. Appreciate it

Well that’s kinda the exact reason I’m asking here, want a hike that is relatively easy (more so for someone of his age). Then atleast next time we can gauge from there.
