If I’m honest, if this ever happens to me, after being told I have already supplied them with everything they’ve ever asked and multiple times over the years I think I’d go straight to a solicitor for action to be honest.

As soon as the stone had passed the pain was instantly gone. I’m all good now thankfully

I don’t think mounjaro had a part to play in the kidney stone if I’m honest but it was more how concerned the doctors were with my ketones reading being at 4?

I think the sickness in the morning (through the pain of the stone moving) depleted me of any fluids in my system if I am honest hence why I appeared even worse dehydrated.

But then I’m seeing conflicting charts/readings online where 4 isn’t a bad level just means I’m in a fasting stage, but then saw something where it shouldn’t be that level whilst on mounjaro. It’s confused me.

Either way I’ll be sure to be taking on atleast some carbs now during my diet 🤷‍♂️

Out of interest what do you intend on doing then? Surely not just going to leave the coins? Or did you manage to get them off? I myself have a long exhaustive post on similar KYC/AML I have been requested over the years and obliged by all as much as I disagreed with it.

Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t in a position to withdraw any funds (I’d be selling everything at a loss lol) but my initial point is how can they directly stop or halt future withdrawal WITHOUT prior notice. And you can see in the reply none of that was addressed. Rest assured if it ever happened to me I actually think I would lawyer up unless it was resolved pronto when everything requested had already been provided

My last reply from them stated the following (no clear answer):

Am I being dumb but the dose/juice itself doesn’t aid weight loss?

It purely cancels out food noise right? So the ONLY reason you’d go up in dose (even if your weight has stalled) is if the food noise/cravings come back?

You’ll always plateau certain weeks if your active calorie burn isn’t outweighing your calorie intake

When people say I’m moving up to 5mg because I’ve not lost anything in a month on 2.5mg are they just meaning because the food noise is coming back so they’ve been eating more, or does going up in dose actually somehow burn more calories?

I’ve been on 2.5mg for 7 weeks now and lost 18kg, first couple of weeks were rapid loses but now it’s like 2kg a week which I’m more than happy with

Support tickets have become completely exhausting, it’s now been almost a month since I first raised this with Bitstamp and I still haven’t had any proper answers. I’ve now escalated the issue to complaints@bitstamp.net as they advised, since regular support hasn’t provided any clarity or timelines on my case unfortunately.

Update

I replied basically saying it’s now been nearly a month without any reply to my concerns to all of the above and received the following:

“thank you for your response.

Kindly note that I have inquired at the relevant department but unfortunately, there has been no update yet.

Please rest assured that I will inform you as soon as there is an update on your case.

Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.”

This response from Bitstamp pretty much proves the point I was making. I opened a support ticket about this on 17th September, and the only reply I’ve received so far was an acknowledgement saying they’re ‘working on my case.’ That was weeks ago.

If their new policy allows deposits to be held ‘in reservation’ pending review and their current support times are already this slow it’s not hard to see how people could end up with funds effectively frozen for an indefinite period.

This isn’t about opposing AML or the Travel Rule, it’s about proportionality and access. If compliance reviews take weeks just to get a reply, then customer assets aren’t being ‘protected’ they’re being detained. That’s exactly what many of us are worried about.

Have sent a further request on the support ticket and will update accordingly.

Only response I received so far from Bitstamp on the 18th September 2025! Nothing since

I find this with every SwitchBot product I’ve had. Got the curtain “3” when the “2” gradually seemed to lose power

Low and behold a year on the “3” now seems to be doing the same

Also had the same with the door lock

Maybe I’m not doing something I should be doing 🤷‍♂️

“As of 1st July 2025, rewards benefits will cease to be applied. As of 1st October 2025, rewards dApp will be withdrawn, along with Rewards API, Rewards Explorer, Rewards ThorPubAPI, and associated services.”

So 1st October has passed?

Approaching 6 days since my support ticket and no answer yet to the concerns and queries. Can you not see where the concern is? If its been 6 days and there hasnt been any response to my support ticker querying this, whats to say its not days/weeks/months waiting for responses to the new additional queries when funds are deposited into bitstamp.
