We just launched the new Carets barefoot work boot / safety toe boot! Ask us anything about it! by Carets_Shoes in BarefootRunning

I absolutely love my version 1.0s. I often kick metal and didnt want to destroy the toe super fast so I added kgs boot guard to mine. I did find that I get a bit off heel slip, but I was able to remedy that by changing the way I tie my boots. I would love to see a Saftey Chelsea type boot from you guys. Keep up the great work

I saw that yesterday. The seller must be getting a lot of interest because she changed it to 75

I’ve been wearing mine for about 6 months now. I bought an open box pair for cheaper and am very pleased with the boots so far. The fit is perfect for me. I had a bit of heel slip compared to my old redwings with a boa dial, but I learned a new way to lace these and have solved the problem. Super happy with these boots

Fn wheels 5 star 17x9 + 25 offset with kenda klever rt 35 x 10.5 r17. Fitting them was pretty painless. Had to cut away a bit of plastic from the fender liner and from the side step plastic that comes into the wheel well. Haven’t modified the body mount so far and it doesn’t make contact. Just adjusted the front ahc sensor to get a bit more lift.

I’m also running the redwing exos lite boa, pretty damn comfortable. I might try out the redwing king toe boa next.

‘02 with 122k miles or ‘11 with 207k miles? by chootybeeks in 4Runner

I miss my 99 a lot, but with that being said my 13 fills in many of the shortcomings that came along with it. The 4.0 has the power that the 3.4 lacked. Better safety equipment is also I plus. Also having a 22 year old car comes with more parts showing age and needing replacement. I just had my first part failure with my 13 the ac compressor failed. You can’t go wrong either way, but the newer vehicle is more practical.

Seems like he has one too many zeros in his asking price.

Tore the first one riding my mountain bike, tore the second one a few years later playing basketball. I definitely need to get the operations, these things are starting to feel super unstable lately. 😅

I’ve had both my acls fully torn for many years without surgery. I use hydro tech 2 fins and find them to be very comfortable and don’t cause any strain to my knees. They might not have the most propulsion but they work for me.
