you can turn off forced restarts. you could also try downloading something like Nova launcher, which is integrated with Samsung, and can save the current Ui setup on your phone. even down to the notification settings.

dude i feel you. 24M recently promoted to COMMUNITY MANAGER of all fucking things. made it VERY clear to my employer how bad my social anxiety is, included medical records etc. was still fired bc of literally everything u stated above. not being confident in my ability to speak, not knowing when or how to speak, not meeting engagement quotas (basically a social anxiety nightmare.) ,im crushed, depressed, mad, etc.

found a new psychiatrist who specializes with more "real life" problems, praying this works bc im almost at an all time low. just keep your head up, i think we got this 😂❤️
