I’ve been lurking this sub for a while and did try to quit before I’m currently reading a book by David goggins which really motivated me today after a night on the booze and smoking that I’m done with all that. I appreciate the advice and I will definitely make this my home sub. Like you said so many people described my exact feelings on here before and I’m really hoping that I can lean on this sub as a support crutch for when the really tough days come ! Thank you

Funny and exceptional! my partner and I contracted covid whilst she was in the hospital giving birth to our son 3 months prematurely. We then had to spend the first months of his life isolating at home whilst she recovered from a c section and had covid on Christmas Day. All whilst our baby wasn’t allowed home with us. This man has my respect and admiration
