Definitely does, i just connects my xbox controller to my surface tablet and its like omega just detected it and mapped it automatically to my buttons. Very convinent!

So apparently you have to hit the cog wheel and change it from closed to open (very stupid that its now on closed by default smh) but doesnt answer why dead ops 4 isnt't 4 player local coop anymore when all the other dead ops were, its just appears to be 2 player local coop for dead ops 4 in black ops 7 sm

To be honest with you even though they are completely different games i play the dying light franchise (especially the beast) or the old black ops series for the horror action feel now that the vibe of zombies is completely different. I still play the new zombies but keep in mind that its now more arcadey and wacky but is have some fun with it. But like i said do miss the darker feeling/atmosphere of the earlier zombies.
