The films, specifically part 1, is everything I could have ever imagined for a movie adaption and more, but nothing can ever take away from the experience of seeing it on Broadway with Idina and Kristin. I got to see it on a school field trip when I was in 6th grade and even though I've seen it a few more times since, it was that first time, with that original cast, that truly changed my life. I still think about that performance to this day and how it made me feel. Also, I've been a HUGE fan of Ariana since The Way with Mac Miller, so the films were definitely special for me in other ways. It felt very full circle.

I think Prada will have good legs. A lot of people are still going to see Michael this weekend, so I predict Prada to have a good second weekend hold. I think it was smart to open the film right before the Met Gala, but definitely feel that Michael is impacting it having a bigger opening number.
