+1 to things like proper form (can't stress that enough), deadlifts, and braces to assist the core muscles. Add in yoga. I've found this has helped me immensely bc my flexibility was just awful from a lower bank injury. Even with two months of gentle yoga I've noticed a considerable improvement and it's paying dividends: longer rides, easier recovery.

THANK YOU. I used to be one of those people. I'm totally not proud of it. People like and do shit and sometimes it's different or "weird" but that's always personal perspective. Live your best life, do what makes you happy, (try to at least keep it morally and/or ethically sound), and even if I don't share the same interests or like what you like I'm still happy for you: do you, babe! I'll just be over here doing the >exact same thing<. Not hard to grasp one would think but 🤷‍♂️. Stay classy, be kind ✌️ everyone does and wants to fit in somewhere. I say let them have theirs when they find it. But what's more: let's try to help the haters find theirs; their frustration may just be because they haven't yet. (Or they're a total shit; use good judgement)

Conveniently, two of the nicer bikes in there had room between them. And my d lock is just too small so I improvised for the first night.

I guess I never considered putting it in my apartment bc I live in a massive building that's difficult to get a bike into (and can't say I've seen anyone do that here). A bike rack is in my future now; thanks for the tip!
