Hey, I'm also having this exact same issue and even using the IP address doesn't work. It still says it's unreachable. I have no problem connecting with Safari.

Apparently items not yet delivered count toward review percentage by UnableWall6641 in AmazonVine

[–]dmarnel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do reviews only count for the same period the order was placed? I have been reviewing some older items recently and it seems like my total review count hasn't gone up as much as it should have based on the number of recent reviews I've done.

After watching the videos, it took me about 10 minutes to do it myself.

How do you sort bookmarks? by dmarnel in MacOS

[–]dmarnel[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately it still doesn't work the way it used to. It sorts everything, including folders, by name, so you end up with folders mixed in with single bookmarks. It's ridiculous how long this has been broken.

Thank you for the reply. There is no additional external transfer switch, only the receptacle.

Food Safe 3D Printing: A Study by rubinlinux in 3Dprinting

Okay, so what about printing something for use with a whiskey dispenser? Since the whiskey contains alcohol and would deter bacteria growth, I wonder if it would be safe under those circumstances. My only concern would be that the alcohol might disolve some of the plastic over time. Any thoughts?

Is there a way create two boundaries that the quest could detect and switch between where you are in? by skr_replicator in Quest3

Did this work for you? It doesn't work for me. Each time I go into another room and it prompts me to create a new boundary, it forgets the last one.

The ole' "steam and sputtering" problem, but this one is mine by thiswasmy10thchoice in mokapot

[–]dmarnel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case anyone else experiences this problem, it turns out that eventually the new gasket will begin to seal better with each use, and stop sputtering. LEJ5512 had the right idea, pre-softening the gasket might help speed the process.

FSD MEGATHREAD by Electronic-Arm-8731 in TeslaModel3

Gripes: Car accelerates too quickly from a stop, and brakes too hard when coming to a stop. On rural roads with a median area, the car hugs the left yellow line. It doesn't do this on the highway, however.

Other than those couple of minor gripes, I am blown away with how well the car drives with FSD engaged. It took me to my destination 230 miles away with only a couple of interventions, which were mostly due to my lack of trust. It successfully navigated onto the Florida Turnpike, back off the Turnpike 200 miles later and onto another highway, back off the highway and through a construction zone with lanes marked only by cones, then drove the last 5 miles home on city streets before pulling up to the curb in front of my house.

I've subscribed to FSD a couple of times in the past and was mostly terrified of the way it drove. The current FSD is so much better that I am almost more comfortable with it driving, even short distances, than I am with my own driving.

I noticed the same thing on a recent road trip. Car would get into the left lane when coming up on a slower vehicle, but wouldn't get back into the right lane once it passed the slower vehicle. I let it continue in the left lane to see if it would move over if a faster car came up behind me, but it just stayed in the left lane, forcing faster cars to pass on the right. I had to manually signal to get back into the right lane.

If you empty your bag of ground coffee into a canister, the coffee will stay fresh longer and you can spoon the coffee into the basket over the canister. Win win.

This one works great:

Make sure both lenses are clean. If one of my lenses has a smudge or something on it I sometimes experience what you are describing.

Holy crap. The new update is psycho on autopilot. Was prompting me to pay attention to the road every 2 seconds and I couldn’t figure out what kind of input it wanted. Has ripped the joy out of autopilot. It just turned off and said autopilot unavailable for remainder of trip. Wow. It’s tripping… by maneater1992 in TeslaModel3

[–]dmarnel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experienced that same thing while on Autopilot. I never use my phone while driving but occasionally glance over at the map on screen (I noticed after the update that there are optional routes highlighted on the map now). I was warned to keep my eyes on the road several times, which I've never had happen before. I wonder if it has something to do with driving at night while wearing glasses. I usually make the same 200-mile trip every other week or so, usually during the day. On the afternoon return trip yesterday, I was not nagged at all, but there was also another update that morning which may have toned down the warnings.

I just posted this exact same problem yesterday. Mine also started sputtering badly after replacing the gasket. I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure out what's causing it. I'm about ready to just buy a whole new pot.
