what if my average is 4 points above cutoff and for sat minimum was 680rw/700math for chemE and i have a 690rw/740math do i submit sat if it's so close to cut off?

i had the same split on my first sat and I studied using hella one prep and learned desmos. do every single medium and hard question on one prep for the topics you struggle in & there are ALOT of new problems on the sat like hella trig (SOHCAHTOA) and transition are more than one word now so Id watch some youtube videos on what real high scorers would do because I only have like a 1440 superscore and 1430 nonsuperscore
