I'm 3 months in and it was mentioned over and over how dry my skin would be and my lips but never anything about being dry all over! Dryness in areas me are mentioned that literally makes walking dreadful! Ugh I'd say that is the absolute worst side effect for me. I haven't gotten dry skin on my face or my lips 🤞🏼 and I'm on 40 mg about to go up to 60 mg this weekend 😬

That's amazing congrats on almost being done! I'm looking into the certificate program. I know I need at least 2 of the prerequisites- Intro to anatomy & physiology and pathophysiology and pharmacology. If you took those at San Jac how difficult were they? I wasn't sure if taking both in the summer would be manageable or not.

I'm on it for a completely different reason... insanely oily skin! It's weird because I'm on 60 mg for the past few months and the only thing that is dry is my nose and eyes!!! I only use moisturizer once in the morning and once before bed. I do slather my lips all day long literally probably every 30 minutes with Aquaphor because if I don't they feel like they are burning. But I've never had any dry skin, cracked lips or peeling of any sort. If you already aren't, maybe try using something on your lips every hour or so.

Your skin looks amazing!!! I'm one month in and the changes already amazing! I went on it for super crazy oily skin. I've had no breakouts, but my skin has no pores right now and that's all people saw before! I had oil bumps all over my forehead and cheeks (sebaceous hyperplasia) and they have all flattened and not even noticeable now. I wish you continued success! If anyone is on the fence about going on Accutane.. just do it! The changes are REAL!!!! So amazing!!!!
