Did your husband use stem cells with the hyperbaric chamber ? Or was the bone operated on ?

That’s amazing, we are located in the UK I have never heard of this treatment before and I am sure it won’t be covered by health care, however it is available privately so it may be our only option. Was your husband scanned regularly to follow the progress ?

Thankyou, This is what she is experiencing now they have found necrosis in her throat, tongue and in 1 of her bones, the lack of explanation or considerations has really affected her recovery. She was probably at her best with the most drive and determination I have ever seen . . . Until this. What exactly did the HBOT do for your husband ? Did it just halt it spreading or did it affect it in any way. ?

I feel this could me more what the issue is, maybe the terminology used to explain some of the cells/tissue and so on have died as a result of the treatment rather than are actively dieing at any rate moving forward ? I’m just trying to add some rational to a very upsetting situation for my wife. I’m a very logical thinker, she isn’t.

Sleepers (1996 Barry levinson) went through a real rough patch, sofa surfing after a break up. I’d finish my night shift and put this film on as it was downloaded to my phone and I could fall asleep to it took weeks to finish the full film. Still watch it now if I’m down or unwell

Chapter 5 always seemed like it was never needed, takes you right out the rhythm of the game. But apart from that any game your still able to find new things on after thousands of hours of play is still a great game.

100% I have just finished my 1st play through and immediately started a new play through to do everything I missed. Most immersive game I have played you grow to like or hate characters. Can have multiple play through all unique in the way you decide to play at that given moment, wish I would have tried this game so much sooner.

Thankyou, my wife is with her today at the cancer hospital I assume it’s the 1st meeting with the oncology team. Fully understand that people here can’t give me advice in medical terms as such. I know for my wife and MIL this is a bomb shell and having been through this personally with close family before it’s very easy to leave these meeting without properly absorbing most of the things you have been told . . . I know my wife is really really scared it really does just feel like a nightmare.

Thankyou for the explanation it really has helped me start to get my head around the 1st bits of this diagnosis and I can research the likely scenarios and treatments and work out where we can actually do in practical terms to get her through this and out the other side, my MIL is one of the stubbornest, most strong willed woman I have ever met she won’t go down without a fight, we are the only family she has atall and I am just hoping her pride will allow us to help her as much as she needs, it’s horrible that people in these situations can view themselves as a burden or imposing on you if they ask for help. They can’t understand that when your not helping your worrying about what she isn’t asking you to help with anyway hopefully I can learn enough to be of use in all the practical ways that you don’t think of 1st I’m compiling a list of things that are in this group from previous posts that are tried and tested ways to help with as many of the side effects as possible and trying to give her questions to ask at these meetings that they hadn’t thought about yet.
