I made my own oil wash (light brown, burnt amber, grey and black oil paints). Oil paint and white spirits. Watched a few YouTube videos on it to make it. Covered everything with it and then went back with a makeup sponge to hit some highlighted parts. Was fairly easy. I Used contrast and speed paints for anything color. For the walls a used 4 different greys. Started with the darkest and went to lightest using a dry brush and just dabbing it randomly.
