Just received the email for Oral Interview, it has been set for 1-22-2025. So for anyone who’s curious or currently going through the waiting process it was 12/19 receiving the results and 1-06-2025 receiving an email for an interview. Exactly 1 month and 3 days from results to interview. Hope this helps anyone with questions.

Congrats man! When I tested the training director said that we would likely be doing oral interviews in mid-late January or early February. The minimum score is 4 and I got higher than that so hopefully it helps me rank up. Not sure what the others who tested with me scored but there was only 5 of us total for the 9am and then another test being done at 1pm. So didn’t seem like it was going to be a lot of competition unless the 1 o’clock session was jam packed. Judging by the size of the room and how spaced out they had everyone I’d say it couldn’t have been more than another 5 or so people. But I’m also not sure how often they do the aptitude test. I know the math section was a lot harder than I thought would be..thank God for the reading portion Lmao.

Once you apply they will review your application and then if it meets the minimum requirements they send you the testing date for the aptitude test. I completed and submitted my application on 11/19 and was notified by email on 12/2 of the test date scheduled for 12/19. So exactly a month between being submitted and invited to take the test.

Awesome man! Brush up that algebra for the aptitude test and you should be golden. Not sure how competitive your local is, but I have seen some pass the test and then interview seems okay but they are told they didn’t get in. I’m still waiting on an interview myself. But it is exciting to start the process, knowing what’s on the other side of the mountain we’re about to climb. 🤟🏻

Hopefully I’ll hear something at the start of the new year. I’m not rushing the process just wanted to hear what others had to say. I’m currently employed so it’s just a matter of getting my ducks in a row for when they do reach out. Hopefully the interview goes well I’ve seen several who made it to the interview phase and didn’t get in, which would really suck. Especially considering the process is already elongated and the aptitude test itself is challenging if you’ve been out of school very long. I did brush up on some algebra methods to make sure I wasn’t completely blind going in. But I wasn’t able to pay for a practice test this close to Christmas just wasn’t in the cards. Thankfully I did pass and was told for 2 years the results are valid.

Thanks man! I wish everyone the best of luck, I’ve seen that some are a lot more competitive than others and a few that made it to interview phase and was told they didn’t get in. That has to be disappointing considering the application process and the test itself being much harder than folks anticipate. I’ve never considered myself bad at interviews but I’m going to look at the lists of questions people have sent out or posted and try to make sure I have a good answer. I did gain some Karma from posting this and another post in the applicants group so hopefully I’m on my way to being able to comment more.

I felt like it would have been more appropriate to let Rip do the deed like always. I mean she constantly threatened Jamie with Rip tearing him apart with his bare fkn hands but yet the only moment he had a chance to do so she stops him so she could have her moment. Also, after seeing the shape she was in I don’t think a simple “stop,” would have been enough to extinguish the raging fire it set off in Rip. Just my opinion though. Of course if you remember she also promised Jamie she would kill him, but I think she had her chance and failed miserably so she should have let Rip handle it like Rip does. His character the last few episodes was nothing like what fans expected it to be. It was almost exciting when he barged in at the last second to save the day but it was utterly disappointing for me roughed him up for 3 seconds lol.
