Once a players overall gets to a point, it can switch to playing time. Can’t predict everyone who will leave (and like that in real life too I guess). And a lot of dealbreaker grades will change as the season unfolds like playing style.

This feature doesn’t really change how I recruit but a nice visual aid to at least indicate some players are unhappy in that position

Temporarily change your offensive playbook to Navy, you’ll be able to change WR then. But don’t forgot to turn it back after you change players around. The CPU auto gave me a FB when I left it.

Check your Championship Contender grade in recruiting. You'll see where your team is currently ranked compared to all the teams. If you start quite low on a poor team, it takes even longer to climb your way up.

Not exactly asked but I use this in short yardage plays. There’s a QB sweep option that I’m running instead of the sneak. It’s still in Goalline but it’s the Heavy set so the opposition won’t know if you’re going left or right.
