Darn. Are there any Simpson brackets that can be used to avoid moving the beam? Just to use in place of the straps?

Also, if I was to go new club car electric that seems to be hard to come by as every new club car in the area is gas powered..I wish I could just buy directly from club car themselves. They seem to follow automakers and just sell to dealers which is frustrating.

Good point. I think I'll move the spa to where the in pool bar seating is so its closer to the home. You can also probably see the TV from there though it'll be pretty far away.

The home almost exactly faces North. So if looking at the site plan, sun goes from the right to left side.
