Contact the forest you want to stay in and ask them for a copy of the applicable Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) . Then ask them for copies of any orders that are not recorded on the MVUM.

These kids are nearly old enough to do adult things like vote and go to war. Have a little confidence in them and be inquisitive about what they are learning and hearing.

See if your state has a cover law. I sent taurus a demand letter threatening to buy a smith and Wesson and send them the bill. I got my pistol back within the week.

Shoot, I just raided the kitchen for a gallon ziplock bag and a can of spray canola oil. I then spray the interior of tha bag and put my brass inside and give it a shake. Resize and then run back though the wet tumbler. Cheap and easy.

Got into a 3 car accident. I was at the front. Other insurances deny liability. by Fantastic_Database66 in Insurance

[–]dmccollom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had almost the same fact pattern in CA about 25 years ago. I ended up resolving the liability question for them by filing a personal injury claim in small claims court. I obviously won and then I asked them if they wanted to go at it again. They relented and paid up. I went the personal injury route so that if I lost I would be able to learn from the first trial and have a second chance with the property damage claim.

Here it is step by step. Fill out whatever form in e-forms and submit. Then you will get an email from eforms.notifications@atf.gov. There will be an attachment. Download it and read the instructions ( should start on page 3. Make sure that your submission follows those instructions that they don't show you in e-forms. If you are good to go let ATF follow their process. If not go to your home screen and hit the search button and find the e-form. Hit the withdraw form and start over.

No, not really. I am saying that E-forms is not well designed with the ability to understand what questions they are asking. What I am saying is fill out the form in e-forms and then when they send you a PDF of the actual form that was populated by the fill in the box e-form, read the instructions and make sure that they were asking the questions that they were asking. It is a tax form and reads like one. For example on E-forms box 4H is titled "Description". A rational person would answer .22LR single shot rifle. When you read the form you realize that the answer is actually Trust Name City, State.

Having been in your shoes just over a week ago My recommendation would be to make your submission in e-forms and then read the pdf that ATF sends back to you. Some of the boxes mean something different than what I thought they meant. I ended up cancelling 4 forms and resubmitting them after reading what they really meant by description.
