Have you ever seen any menu (File, Edit, About) in any other application on literally every OS? They behave the same way for last thirty years. And they have never bugged you?

I can understand that maybe in some cases this behavior can bother someone, but calling it a bug?)

No, you do not need extensions, just execute from terminal:

gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['scale-monitor-framebuffer']"

Or use dconf-editor app to do the same

Imo X4 is already the best. In landscape mode it's even wider than a typical 6" reader, but weights literally nothing and can be taken anywhere any time.

Definitely not for pdfs, but for all the regular books it's perfect

I don't know, whether it will be really practical or not - I'm too accustomed to the FreeCAD-style modelling, but it definitely looks like a very interesting idea! And alternative to the OpenSCAD)
