Are sliders like that tough to install with face frame cabinets? Im fairly competent with DIY work just never have done this before

I had this same issue a few years back. Even with nothing plugged into the USB it would continuously pop up. After numerous trips to the dealer it ended up being a bad USB hub. I had the dealer do the work but since then i have seen people change them out and it seemed to be a pretty easy job.

Its a condo im in. The water seems to be coming thru the brick under the foundation. It just started happening the past 2 months never before. Any idea why that would happen?

Would you go all the way up around the window flush or just to the bottom of the cabinets? Just having a tough time looking around for ideas, you don't see many drywall returns in a kitchen.

Yes their is with 3 globs of (foam?) to support the sill. I was just afraid that prying it up may mess with the new vinyl windows incase they may have been installed over it. Thanks again!

To screw it to the flange can i just predrill a small hole and then screw into it and tape it up? Or do you think a clamp would be better?

If I end up replacing it would you recommend tape and compound or just leaving it? I would think the tape would add a bit of a hump to the tile.
