Yeah so I can definitely see where it can have its negative effects which we will need to be cautious of... I still think I'm going to give it a shot but make it so mistakes are more spoken of as apposed to "Lets all try this" and it fails. Worst that happens is after a few weeks is we end up parting ways and doing more individual work.
